The day was sunny and bright, the softly warm day of winter giving energy and life to everything in the winter, flowers were facing the sun, soking it's rays, people were chatting and doing there work, children were bathing in the warmness of the day. I saw myself as a little girl, running behind a butterfly while my parents laughed sitting on a mat at a distance then a teenager in a cold night, alone looking at celling, and finally here at university.The happiness of securing a seat, the pride gleam in my father's eyes.It was a warm, safe feeling.

But then, the dream changed. It got dark and scary. I was back at that masquerade party. I saw the Alphas around me, their bodies shifting, becoming bigger, more like powerful animals than men. A cold fear shot through me. I tried to make myself smaller, to hide from their eyes.
